May 25th Deadline to order jerseys to guarantee your size on ride day
August 1st Deadline for reaching Fundrasing Incentives 
August 7th Online Registration closes at 12 PM 
August 11th  Ride Day 
  4:30 AM Bus depart from Windsor to Williston w/ 115 Mile Riders & Bikes 
  5:30 AM Day of registration & check-in open in Williston for 115 Mile Ride 
  7:00 AM 115 Mile Ride starts 
  9:30 AM Day of registration & check-in open in Bethel for 50 Mile Ride
    Bus departs from Windsor to Bethel w/ 50 Mile Riders & Bikes 
  11:00 AM 50 Mile Ride starts 
  11:00 AM Day of registration & check-in open in Windsor for 25 Mile Ride 
  1:00 PM 25 Mile Ride starts
  2 - 5 PM Riders finishing - party is on in Windsor
  4:30 PM Awards & remarks on Stage 
  5:30 PM Buses & trucks w/ bikes depart for Bethel & Williston
  5:45 PM Last call  
  6:00 PM Party Ends
September 11th Last day of fundraising.
